Your booking is not complete until this form is submitted and acknowledged. The Anand Karaj must also be entered in the Gurdwara diary — this form is a required step to complete the booking process.

All Anand Karaj programs are held at Old Building - Main Hall.

ਬਰਾਤ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ / Barat arrival time

The Barat must arrive between 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM. The bride and groom must be seated in the presence of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji by 12:30 PM. Delay beyond this time may result in cancellation of the Anand Karaj program.

ਡੋਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਪਰਿਸਰ ਖਾਲੀ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ / Doli and vacating premises

The bride, groom, family members and all guests must vacate the Gurdwara premises by 4:30 PM so evening Diwan, Seva and other bookings are not disrupted. If premises are not vacated, management may switch off lights/sound and ask guests to leave.

ਬਰਾਤ ਲਿਆਉਣ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਨਿਯਮ / Rules for Barat arrival

No noise-making, DJs, car horns, firecrackers, colour smoke, throwing of flowers, or any rowdy behaviour is allowed during Barat arrival. Action will be taken against violators.

ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦੀ ਪਾਰਕਿੰਗ / Gurdwara parking

Wedding processions (Barat), chariots (Rath), horses (Ghori) or Doli are not permitted inside the Gurdwara Sahib parking area.

ਅਨੰਦ ਕਾਰਜ, ਸ਼ਗਨ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ / Anand Karaj, Shagan and other programs

Inside the Diwan Hall, in the presence of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji or after Sukhasan: photoshoots, video shoots, Vadhai ceremonies and selfies are strictly prohibited.

These rules maintain the sanctity, purity and discipline of the Gurdwara Sahib. In case of violations, the Management Committee reserves the right to inform the Sangat and take appropriate action regarding future bookings.
